As a Probate Lawyer and Specialist Lawyer for Inheritance Law, Torben has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of legal wills, probate and estate litigation in Germany. He can advise and assist you in the planning and implementation of your personal or company succession according to German and European Inheritance Law.

Torben studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and at the University of Passau (predicate exam). He also studied International Relations at the MGIMO in Moscow. He worked as a lawyer for inheritance law in the law firm Berger, Groß, Höhmann and Partner, Berlin

He lectures in inheritance law and inheritance tax law, i.a. at the University of Economics and Management (FOM) in Berlin and is a member of the author pool of the "ErbR" - magazine for the entire succession practice.
