Who is responsible
Ammer Capital AG, Grabenstrasse 27, 6340 Baar, Switzerland, is responsible for this website and for the personal data you send us through it. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For any question about your data, write to info@ammer.capital.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own servers, so no data is sent to Google or other third parties when you visit.
When you contact us
If you write to us by email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss a possible client relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request and, under the GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Clients
If you become a client, Ammer Capital AG processes your data to perform the mandate and to meet its obligations under Swiss anti-money laundering law, including identifying clients and beneficial owners. You receive a separate privacy notice during onboarding. Please don't send identity documents through this website or by ordinary email; we provide a secure channel.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. These logs are deleted after 30 days.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to handle your request. If no client relationship follows, we delete them after 12 months at the latest. For clients, the statutory retention periods apply, generally 10 years under Swiss law.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as hosting and email, who may process it only on our instructions, with other Ammer Group companies where needed to answer you, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA. In that case we rely on an adequacy decision or on the EU standard contractual clauses, as recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and receive it in a common electronic format. Simply write to info@ammer.capital. Statutory retention obligations may limit deletion.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU/EEA, with the data protection authority of your country.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the current version.
